Our mobile notaries come to you – they can meet you in New York in 2 hours from your call at your home, office, coffee shop, law firm, hospital, courthouse, hospital, rehabilitation facility, or any place of business or residence.
We don’t have a physical office location – our service is strictly mobile and by appointments only.
Where and when your mobile notary can meet me?
Our mobile notaries are available 24/7 (also on weekends).
Our notaries can meet you anytime in Brooklyn, Manhattan, Queens, Staten Island and the Bronx but we are also available in Westchester County and Union County (New Jersey).
We need at least 2 hours’ heads-up before the appointment.
How much do you charge?
Notary911 don’t charge for notarizations. They are always free. We add a flat convenience fee for our services.
Our convenience fee is calculated for each appointment and will differ depending on location, distance traveled, and time of the day/night. Book an appointment and we will reply immediately with the price.
