What is a mobile notary public?

A mobile notary public is a notary who travels to meet clients in-person.

As mobile notaries, we come to you – we can meet you in Manhattan in 2 hours from your call at your home, office, coffee shop, law firm, hospital, or any place of business or residence.

Manhattan Mobile Notary doesn’t have a physical office location – our service is strictly mobile and by appointments only.

Where and when your notary public can meet me?

Our mobile notaries are available 7 days a week. We can meet you early in the morning and late at night. 

Our notaries can meet you anytime in Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, Staten Island, and the Bronx, but we are also available in Westchester County and Union County (New Jersey).

We need at least 2 hours’ heads-up before the appointment.

How much do you charge?

We don’t charge for notarizations. They are always free. We only charge a flat convenience fee.

Our convenience fee is calculated for each individual appointment and will differ depending on location, distance traveled, and time of day/night. Please schedule your appointment for a detailed quote.

We don’t have an office location where you could come in. Our services are strictly mobile.
